It is great to see another project coming to The Grove - this time helping bridge the gap between the CWE and The Grove since it is located at Taylor & Chouteau. The lot has been vacant for more than a decade.
The proposal is for an three-story building of approximately 7,000sf. The first floor would have a 1,300 sf office space, residential lobby and covered parking with a curb cut on Taylor. The second and third floors would each be comprised of three one-bed, one-bath apartments. The project cost is estimated at $1,300,000 and could break ground as early as November of this year, with occupancy in May 2017.
