Known for the spirit of exploration, St. Louis has a rich history in science, medicine, education and the arts. TechShop is proud to partner with Cortex to bring our first location to the Midwest and to help St. Louis grow as a center of innovation in the region.
Cortex is constructing a new three-story building at the corner of Boyle and Forest Park Avenues that will serve as TechShop St. Louis’ new home, with TechShop occupying approximately 18,000 square feet on the first floor.
TechShop is a community-based workshop and prototyping studio on a mission to democratize access to the tools of innovation. Packed with cutting-edge tools, equipment, and computers loaded with design software featuring the Autodesk Design Suite, we offer the space to make, and the support and camaraderie of a community of makers.
