Schedule of Events:

The CWE Halloween celebration is a day long event beginning at 11 a.m. with a children's parade and ending at midnight with the adult costume contest and party.

Here are the Times:

11 a.m. - Children's Parade

Noon - Trick-or-Treating 1 p.m. - Pet Parade 6 p.m. - Adults Only Block Party Begins 8 p.m. - Adult Costume Contest

The Costume Contest

The biggest event of the CWE Halloween party is always the costume contest. If you've never been, it's really something to see. It's amazing how much time and effort some people put into their costumes. The contest is for those 18 and older and there are always some costumes that push the limits of good taste. But, that's part of the fun too. The costume contest begins at 8 p.m., at Maryland and Euclid. The entry fee is $25 for individuals or $50 for groups. This year, there will be $5,000 in prize money. The top ten finalists will be announced at 9:30 p.m. The three winners will be named at 10 p.m.
