This is some great Central West End Trivia --- "The Great Bather" the lounging lady overlooking the Chase pool, is actually a priceless sculpture that was hidden from the Nazis during World War II. Sam Koplar found and bought it when he was travelling to Europe looking for art to furnish the Chase Park Plaza. We have some great history here in St. Louis!
