The Lawrence Group has announced a new mixed-use development bordered by Vandeventer - Forest Park Avenue / Highway 40 (Across the street from Ikea). Earlier plans were for a suburban retail mall. Now we get redevelopment of some of the historic buildings on site and an excellent mixed-use addition to the Central West End and Midtown!
