The new development recently announced for the western end of The Grove is now slated to be 55 apartments of "Universal Design" so accessible on all 4 floors with elevators... the plan is to lease them at market rate and target individuals aging out of multi-story homes.
Amenities to include a pool, outdoor deck, and fitness area. Looks great and a great addition to the neighborhood! Bonus for the neighborhood is 4,000 SF of retail planned for Manchester.
