Check out the pictures from Ices Plain & Fancy where they revived a technique for making the freshest ice cream possible by mixing the ingredients right before your eyes and then quickly freezing it with Liquid Nitrogen *** minus 321 degress *** blow torches are then used to warm it up for serving!
