After seeing a sneak peak at the menu last week - I am still not sure about the replacement for Eau Bistro at the Chase Park Plaza...
I definitely like the image of the bar and the cool part is that name comes from one of the architects of the Chase - Preston J Bradshaw.
The restaurant + bar - are officially open - menu link below along with the dessert portion - let me know what you think!
